# Privacy and Media Policy

Activities during GECMUN may be recorded and used for promotional and marketing purposes. We would like to obtain consent to the use of photos, videos, and interviews taken during the operation of GECMUN.

1.  Purpose of media collection
   1. Creation of marketing and promotional content (content may be available on print and online social media)
2. Items collected
   1. Videos, screencasts, recordings, and screenshots of participant activity in GECMUN (including but not limited to video chat sessions and documents)
