Addresses past efforts made by key organizations that are involved in the issue
GA: UN, NGOs, nations, and companies
Non-GA: Fictional, historical, corporate etc.
Analyzes the successes or failures of at least two past actions

Delegate Stance and Policy
Summarizes the country’s (or character’s) unique stance on the issue
Utilizes multiple pieces of research, such as but not limited to statistics, studies, definitions, and speeches

Possible Solutions
Includes two achievable possible solution that is supported by their own policy
Improves upon the failures of past actions and connects ideas

Research
Correctly cites evidence by using a separate bibliography page, footnotes, and/or links

Writing
Demonstrates fluency in English usage throughout the paper (well organized, contains minimal grammar mistakes, spelling errors, and typos) while maintaining an informative, formal, and professional tone
